Have we told you how amazing you are? Well, you are. But sometimes we all need a little boost to pick ourselves up. Here are a few tips to get your confidence in tip-top shape again:

1. Three things
Practice gratitude every day. Try thinking about three things you’re grateful for first thing in the morning. It could be as simple as this amazing warm bed to something as big as my supportive friends and family.

2. Work it out
Exercise and endorphins go hand in hand, and endorphins make us happy. So exercise your way to happy by picking up some weights at the gym (or at your home gym, we like those too).

3. Pay it forward
Look at the beauty in others and you’ll find beauty in yourself. When you like what someone’s doing, don’t hold back from letting ’em know…give them a compliment.

4. Accept that challenge
A challenge is meant to be tough. Try a brand new activity that’ll get you out of your comfort zone. A 10K run? A tough mudder race? A solo trip overseas?

5. Hold back
Practice the art of self-control by limiting yourself from something you indulge in most. Is it sleep? Take a 100-day 6 am challenge. Is it shopping? Create a budget for the month. Set a goal and stick to it. You’ll feel more in control of your life.

6. Side by side
The only person you should be comparing yourself to is, well, yourself. Keep track of how you have progressed in your life with a journal.

7. Make a difference
When you spread positivity in the world, you’ll feel incredible. Give gifts to friends, volunteer at the local shelter, give back to your community.

8. Treat yourself
Whether it’s a mini vacay or a back massage, give yourself a pat on the back for being your amazing self. You deserve it.
