Its a little thicker than some brands i have used. I found this, along with the foundation, went very patchy very quickly. Its a real shame as i used to love this brand and im all for their ethos.

It's a good product.
The coverage is okay the problem is if you add a bit more for a full full coverage it starts to look cakey. This might work better for women 30 and under not for mature skin.

For mature skin, we find that using a light hand and blending well between applications can help achieve fuller coverage without the cakey appearance. Sometimes less product applied in multiple thin layers can actually provide better results than trying to build coverage all at once.
