What is a bareMinerals eGift Card? 

A bareMinerals eGift Card is a digital gift card delivered by email that can be redeemed for merchandise on bareminerals.com. It works just like a physical gift card, without the plastic. 

How do I purchase an eGift Card? 

Visit bareminerals.com/products/gift-cards, choose an amount, enter the recipient's name and email address (or your own, to send later), add an optional message, and complete checkout. The eGift Card is delivered by email, either immediately or on a scheduled date you select.

When will the recipient receive it? 

eGift Cards are typically delivered within a few minutes of purchase, or on the scheduled delivery date if you chose one. Delivery can occasionally be delayed by the recipient's email provider — check spam/junk folders before contacting support. 

Can I send an eGift Card to myself? 

Yes. Enter your own email address at checkout. 

What amounts are available? 

eGift Cards are available in the following denominations: $25 / $50 / $75 / $100 / $150.  

How do I redeem an eGift Card? 

At checkout on bareminerals.com, enter the unique gift card code found in the delivery email in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field. The value will be applied to your order total. 

Can I use an eGift Card in physical stores? 

No, eGift Cards are redeemable online only at bareMinerals.com. 

Do eGift Cards expire? 

No. bareMinerals eGift Cards do not expire and carry no inactivity or service fees, in accordance with applicable law. 

What if my purchase costs less than my eGift Card balance? 

Any remaining balance stays on the eGift Card and can be used toward a future purchase. Balances do not expire. 

What if my purchase costs more than my eGift Card balance? 

You can apply the eGift Card balance toward your order and pay the remaining amount with another payment method. 

Can I combine multiple eGift Cards or use one with a promo code? 

Yes, multiple eGift Cards can be applied to a single order, and eGift Cards can typically be combined with active promo codes, unless otherwise stated in the promo's terms. 

Can I check my eGift Card balance? 

Yes, at bareminerals.com/pages/check-gift-card-balance using your unique gift card code. 

I lost my eGift Card email — what do I do? 

Contact Customer Care with your order confirmation number and we'll resend it. 

Can I return or exchange an eGift Card for cash? 

eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. 

What if an item I bought with an eGift Card is returned? 

Refunds for orders paid in full or in part with an eGift Card are issued back to the eGift Card as store credit. 

Is my eGift Card transferable? 

Yes — anyone with the code can redeem it, so treat it like cash and share it only with the intended recipient. 

Where can eGift cards be redeemed? 

Exclusively on the bareMinerals.com website on orders shipping to the US only. 

 Do I earn Loyalty points when purchasing or redeeming a gift card? 

Yes, you can earn loyalty points when purchasing a gift card, as gift cards are treated like any other bareMinerals.com purchase. However, you do not earn loyalty points when redeeming a gift card, as gift cards are not considered an eligible payment method for earning points. 

Terms and Conditions 

  1. Issuer. bareMinerals eGift Cards ("Gift Cards") are issued by Orveon Global US LLC and are redeemable only at bareminerals.com. 

  1. Changes to Agreement. Orveon Global US LLC reserves the right to change this Agreement from time to time in its discretion, which changes we may provide to you by any reasonable means, including without limitation, by posting the revised version of this Agreement at sephora.com. ANY CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS OF USE, GUIDELINES, OR RULES WILL BE EFFECTIVE UPON POSTING OF THE REVISIONS. THE UPDATED TERMS OF USE WILL REPLACE THE PRIOR VERSION AND ARE APPLICABLE TO ANY FUTURE DISPUTES BETWEEN THE PARTIES, REGARDLESS OF WHEN THE DISPUTED INTERACTIONS AROSE. 

  1. Gift Card Balances 

Your gift card balance is an estimate only. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the balance adjustment is delayed. 

Do not attempt to check your balance through any third-party sites. Such third-party sites are likely to be scams, and use of them may result in the theft of your eGift Card or merchandise credit, and/or potentially other personal information.  

  1. No expiration, no fees. Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to dormancy, inactivity, or service fees. bareMinerals reserves the right to refuse to honor any Card in the event of a disputed credit card charge or other failure of consideration. 

  1. Non-refundable. Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a refund, except where required by applicable law. 

  1. Loss or theft. bareminerals.com is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, or used without authorization after delivery. Treat your Gift Card code like cash. 

  1. Redemption. Gift Cards may be redeemed toward the purchase of merchandise on bareminerals.com. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards and cannot be applied to previously placed orders. 

  1. Balance and partial use. Any unused balance remains on the Gift Card for future use. Gift Cards may be used in multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted. 

  1. No cash value. Except where required by law, Gift Cards have no cash redemption value. 

  1. Returns. If merchandise purchased with a Gift Card is returned, the refunded amount will be issued as store credit or added back to the original Gift Card, at bareminerals.com's discretion. 

  1. Fraud and misuse. bareminerals.com reserves the right to refuse redemption of, cancel, or void a Gift Card that is suspected of being obtained fraudulently, duplicated, tampered with, or resold in violation of these Terms. 

  1. Delivery. bareminerals.com is not responsible for delays in email delivery caused by the recipient's email provider, incorrect email addresses entered at checkout, or factors outside bareMinerals's control. 

  1. Modification. bareMinerals reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, consistent with applicable law. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs that Gift Card. 

  1. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 

  1. Limitation of Liability 

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS OR YOUR BALANCE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT GIFT CARD. 

  1. Disputes 

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to a bareMinerals Gift Card will be resolved by the dispute resolution terms in the bareMinerals Terms of Use.
