    Disappointed

    I made a point of ordering direct from the Bare Minerals site vs Sephora because it showed that it still had spf, where the one at Sephora did not. After waiting 2.5 weeks for my order, I was disappointed to see there was a new label added to the bottle that does not note the spf, so was mislead with my purchase as online it showed spf. I have no idea why they would remove spf from such a popular product. Will be returning and looking for a new product to use.

    Thank you for sharing this feedback — we completely understand how frustrating that experience must have been, especially after specifically ordering from our site for the SPF labeling.

    To clarify, the formulas are identical between the U.S. and Canadian versions of the product. However, for regulatory and business reasons, the brand does not claim SPF on the Canadian packaging. This does not mean the formula itself has changed — only the labeling requirements differ by market.

    That said, we’re very sorry the online product page did not clearly reflect the updated packaging and that this led to disappointment after your order arrived.
