Refund policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt.

Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item plus sales tax. Return shipping is free and any original shipping charges will not be included in refunds, except for foundations which fall within Our Match Guarantee and always ship/ return free. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 1-2 billing cycles.

When returning a set or kit, we require all contents from the original set or kit. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded. Empty containers will not be accepted for refund.
