    Eyeshadow that lasts all day

    (This review was collected as part of a promotion). I've been really impressed with this liquid mineral eyeshadow. The Sandstone shade is a gorgeous neutral that works for both everyday wear and dressing up. It goes on smoothly, blends easily with a fingertip or brush, and dries quickly without feeling sticky. Once it sets, it stays in place for hours with very little creasing or fading. I also appreciate that it's lightweight and comfortable to wear. I would definitely purchase this shade again and recommend it to anyone looking for an easy, long-lasting eyeshadow.

    Lovely results

    Dry formula, tricky applicator, layer with another shade

    (This review was collected as part of a promotion). I received this eyeshadow for free from bareMinerals through the BzzAgent sampling program. I'm pretty new to eyeshadow, so I went in open minded, but this one didn't fully win me over. The formula felt dry rather than creamy, and the doe foot applicator kept getting stuck on the way out of the tube. Application wasn't smooth either. It ended up looking a bit cakey on my lid, and the shade itself just isn't my favorite. It's a golden tone, but it read a little flat on me. That said, I don't think it's a total miss. I applied it alone for this review, but I have a feeling it would look a lot better as a light top layer over another shade as a base, rather than wearing it solo. I'd like to try that combo next time before writing this formula off completely.

    The perfect shimmer for all seasons!!

And not only can I use it on my eyes, but it actually doubles as highlighter too! It's the perfect amount of shimmer to notice but not be too much. Will definitely repurchase this!
