Prime Time Eyeshadow Primer is rated out of 5 by 139.Rated 1 out of 5 by AmandaB57 from Reformulation is TERRIBLE! I loved the original...but I LOOOOVED the Brightening & Brightening Pearl! This new formulation does nothing for you if you have oily skin and live in a humid environment. You might as well not be wearing it at all. And the color is, well, odd. Remember the old Flesh Crayola crayons? Like that, but somehow worse. PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL FORMULAS & COLORS!Date published: 2018-05-10Rated 5 out of 5 by kthurn from Best Out There Like some reviewers have noted, this stuff is crazy expensive. I get it, I understand, I agree! But I have tried over half a dozen other eye primers and none of them can compare. There is something about this formula that is so creamy, smooth, mattifying, and blocking that it works flawlessly. I even recently went a day without applying this and within 6 hours could see my oily eye lid creases through my eye shadow. I don't know how this product does it, but it does! I tried to go with a cheaper formula from The Body Shop but it was crumbly and dry. I tried an item from an upper-class brand but it was only barely more in quantity, more money, and quality was questionable. You need barely a pinprick of this stuff to cover both eyes so as long as you're being extremely thin with it, it will make itself worthwhile. I also use scissors at the end and cut the bottle open to scoop out the remainder, storing it into a sealed ziploc bag so it doesn't dry out. Get your money's worth! It's a good product but we're all trying to save a dollar!Date published: 2018-04-05Rated 3 out of 5 by Chelentaz from Works well, but pricy This eyelid primer works very well at providing a base for eyeshadows and eyeliners. The colors are more vivid and last all day. Even though the product is tinted, it does not act as a concealer or provide any noticeable color. As other raters have noted, you only need a tiny bit on each lid, so the tube lasts a while. That being said, though, the tube is tiny and the price is quite high for such a small amount. I would rate it higher if it were a more economical product.Date published: 2017-07-05Rated 1 out of 5 by Desiree G from NOT good for hot/humid climates!! I'm not sure why the Brightening eyelid primer is no longer available but I now have to go back to the primer I used before BM's... Urban Decay. Not sure if they've changed the formula but I cannot wear this primer as it begins to melt right off the eyelid causing eye issues (burning & watering eyes for hours). I've used the Brightening Primer for years but apparently it's no longer available. So I switched to this one and nope... I threw it out as it causes too many issues, it's runny and melts off my eyes.Date published: 2017-06-07Rated 5 out of 5 by osbomand from Best Eye primer out there I love this primer. It's a must have for me!!Date published: 2017-02-14Rated 5 out of 5 by Roxyc280 from Best Primer This primer is a most have! It keeps my makeup intact the entire day. I love it!!!Date published: 2016-08-28Rated 5 out of 5 by Cirrus from Really works! This product actually does what it says it does. I would like to know what happened to the brightening option!? I loved that extra shimmer. It enhanced my eye shadow, eye color, and helped keep my eyes look more awake.Date published: 2016-07-28Rated 5 out of 5 by mimi19 from EYE PRIMER--IT WORKS My eyeshadows do not last through the day. I have dealt with this issue for quite a while. On my last order I added this to the cart to see what it could do for me. Well, it works. My shadows are now lasting through the day. Yes it is a small tube, but like previous reviews have stated, you only need a small amount.Date published: 2016-06-12
