It does clump
I was excited to use the mascara I recently purchased because in the description it said no clumping on your eyelashes. Boy, was I disappointed. I've used the mascara for about a week and every time I use it, it clumps on my eyelashes. I'm sorry I bought this mascara and won't be reodering.
