I used ”Pure Plush” for a couple of decades and loved it. Unfortunately, the replacement product, “Skin Longevity” is terrible. It is very liquidy, and quite a bit spills out of the tube when you open it. It does not “foam” or “lather” at all (the picture on your website is deceiving).
You need to use more product than with the original, which means the tube will be used up faster. By the way, the tube size has decreased from 4.2 ounces to 4 ounces. The only positive thing I can say is that it doesn’t dry my skin (neither did the original). I see in the reviews that when a customer isn’t satisfied with this product, you apologize and say that you “know it can be disappointing when expectations aren’t met.” Unfortunately,, that doesn’t resolve the situation. You took an excellent product off the market and replaced it with an inferior product. I’m going to start looking at other companies’ face washes to see if I can find a better product. What a shame.

I have sensitive skin and bare minerals is the only product line I have trusted for years on my face. When i was unable to purchase the original formula, I bought thos hoping to get a similar experience. Much like similiar reviews I was terribly disappointed at the runny texture of the cleanser and lack of cleanliness feel the old cleanser offered. Not to mention I am experiencing breakouts that did not occur when using the original formula.

I used to love the old foaming skin cleanser which was thick and lasted ages, would lather up nicely and really deeply cleans skin. This new version is so watery a whole bunch spilled out when I first opened the cap wasting lots! It has a pearlescent look and feel to it now, I have to use more product and I feel like it doesn’t penetrate into my skin as well, it just kind of slips off. No where near as good as the old product.
