  • I really like the Pure Plush cleanser, its texture, rinse-ability, etc.... is this one like that? I was not as much of a fan of the clay chameleon.... just texture-wise and was harder to rinse.

    Do you need to remove makeup before using this cleanser, or does it remove makeup and cleanse in one step?

    Does this product help with cystic acne? I’m 25 and I never had acne as a teenage but now I have cystic acne on my chin and nothing seems to work.

    I love your products for 10+ years but I’m allergic to coconut and coconut derivatives and it seems nearly impossible to avoid them in your new lines. This product would be amazing for me without coconut. Have you considered soy and coconut free lines?
