Could you please tell me if the 1pm eyeliner matches the serene eyeshadow? I am very pleased with the serene shadow but not sure about the liner. I have green eye an I love the way it looks. Unless you have a better suggestion?? Please help thanks so much

    Asked by: jackiedru
Hello jackiedru, The Round the Clock Intense Cream-Glide Eyeliner in shade 1pm is a marine blue color while shade Serene in our eyshadows is more of a light lavender frosted shade. We recommend shade Chameleon or Azure in our mineral eyeshadows if you are looking for a close match: https://goo.gl/Yni7Bg.

I received the round the clock midnight eyeliner, but don't understand how to sharpen it or get it to roll up? Nothing moves on mine?

    Asked by: Fiana
Hello Fiana, Please be advised that our Round the Clock eyeliner is not a mechanical eyeliner and needs to be sharpened. Simply place the end where the pencil starts into the sharpener and sharpen like a pencil. You may sharpen as much as you need to get the fine point you are looking for.

I love wearing eyeliner. My problem is my hands are not steady. Which eyeliner would you recommend? I also like to lightly smudge the eyeliner. I prefer brown eyeliner. Thank you for your help.

    Asked by: Mebb
Hello Mebb, We would suggest trying our LASTING LINE™ LONG-WEARING EYELINER in Lasting Brown as it is easy to apply and also includes an angled smudge tip for smooth, effortless blending.

Do you have any tips and tricks for using the sharpener?

How is the pink removable piece of the sharpener used?
    Asked by: LauraJ
Many sharpeners will come with "extra parts"! You look at them and think "WHAT?" but really the "extra parts" are VERY USEFUL! If there is a little round insert inside the hole of the sharpener, THAT is great in case you sharpen different size pencils, put the ring in for smaller ones, take it out for larger pencils and it will sharpen like it was custom made for each size. There is often a funny little ball that might stick out that has like a little toothpick or tiny sword looking thing on it. THAT is GREAT, it takes out the gunk, leftover chunks or even pencil points that might accidently get stuck. It is a sharpener cleaner and really helps to keep your sharpener working it's best. Hope that helps!
