These classic wood lip pencils were developed to help you make a perfect, long lasting statement. The five versatile shades pair with the rich reds, pinks and berries of Statement Luxe-Shine Lipstick and Statement Matte Liquid Lipcolor. Formulated with priming ingredients, these lip liners can be used directly on the lips to prime for color and increase its wear, or after lipstick to define for a clear, concise statement.

Use under lipsticks and liquid lipcolors to extend their wear, or over for increased definition. For more precision when lining, put Under Over Lip Liner in the freezer for 1-2 minutes before sharpening. For best results, keep the tip sharp to ensure precision. Under Over Lip Liner can be used with standard lip pencil sharpeners, or the sharpener from Round the Clock Intense Cream-Glide Eyeliner.

    Which lip liners go with which lipsticks and liquid lipsticks? I have a few of the gen nude collection and a few from the statement lip but am unsure what colors to select.

To view the type of shade, we recommend hovering over each color of the lip liner swatches on our website to see what shades they are. For instance, if a lip liner is more of a rosey hue, it would look best with nude and pink lip products.
