  • This might be a silly question but this isn’t an exfoliant, correct? Seeing sea salt in the ingredients gives me the impression that there are little scrubs in it

    Does this have to be rinsed off, or can I just use some filtered water on a cotton pad to wipe off excess? I have HORRIBLE hard water, so I avoid cleansing in any way that requires me to rinse. Thanks!

    Hi Erica12345, We understand your concerns. Below please find our suggestion for how to use this product: To cleanse the skin before applying serums and moisturizers. 1. Apply 3-4 pumps to dry skin and gently massage over face. 2. Dampen fingertips and continue to massage, working into a light, milky emulsion. 3. Rinse with splashes of warm water. If you prefer something to remove makeup and cleanse your face that requires no water, we suggest trying our Mineral Cleansing Water or Mineral Cleansing Wipes- neither of which require water!

    When reading the ingredients list fragrance is listed. Is this a natural fragrance or synthetic? If it is a natural fragrance what is it made up of?

    I have extremely sensitive skin. If a product has strong perfume etc in it, it literally burns my face and I have to go without makeup for months and use prescription. So my question is how is this oil compared to what I use now, Aragon oil?

    Does this facial cleanser need to be used with another facial cleanser to clean the skin? For some reason, I'm under the impression this might be a "pre-cleanser" designed to removed make-up, then your skin is ready for another cleanser to clean the skin

    The demo on the clay cleasner it says to apply to a dry face. I generally wash my face in the shower in the morning. So my face would already be wet. Will the cleanser still work effectively?
