WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

  • Regarding the eye brightener, does it settle in one's fine lines?

    Asked by: Pattie Jo Jo
Hi Pattie Jo Jo, Our Well-Rested Under Eye Brightener SPF 20 should not settle into fine lines, but we do suggest applying it after your regular moisturizer and/or primer has settled into the skin for the best seamless makeup application. Here is our suggsted usage: Gently buff around the eye area, layering until your desired look is achieved. Can be applied before any bareMinerals® eyeshadow, used alone on bare skin or used as an under eye concealer before or after applying foundation.

What is the best brush to use for the well-rested eye powder product, not the cream? I usually use it only under my eyes, and don't usually buff the entire eye area. Any suggestions?

Hello Lindaki, We recommend trying our MAXIMUM COVERAGE CONCEALER BRUSH https://goo.gl/5G0UaL.

Is this product good for concealing pores and acne?

I've heard great things about this. I often get dark circles under my eyes due to lack of sleep (thanks college), but if this doubles as a concealer it's a must have! So, does it?
    Asked by: Pimanee
I use this to conceal acne and it works great. I have more of yellow toned very fair skin, though. If your skin is more pink toned I would suggest the bisque shade. That shade was to dark and pink for me.

can well-rested eye brightener work for highlighting ?

I'm new to the world of makeup and new to BM as well and lately I've been really liking the conturing and highlighting look. I've heard that well-rested eye brightener works for highlighting? i mean can an eye brightener be used for highlighting other areas other than the eye area?
    Asked by: Aria
YES YES YES! It's kind of fun to play around and experiment with this product. I use it in my inner eyes, down the center of my nose, cheekbones, cupids bow and around my lips. Play around with it. You'll love it!

What has better coverage: the SPF 20 concealer or the Well-Rested SPF 20 Eye Brightener?

I have dark circles and want to know which product is likely to work better for me. Super sensitive skin, too!
    Asked by: Brynn
Since you have super sensitive skin, you may have to try a few different things. The Correcting concealer (the creamy version) works well under my eyes to even out skin tone, as does the Stroke of Light. The Well Rested Powder does some concealing, but in my experience it does not last all-day without either the concealer or Stroke of Light underneath.

Bare minerals eye brightener how to apply it (well rested)

    Not sure how to apply
    Asked by: Camden
I use a Flawless Face brush to apply this - maybe the size of this brush is a bit overkill, but it works. I use the same Swirl & Tap process that BE suggests, and then I close each eye and lightly buff it both underneath and over the eyelid. After that, I use my fingers to squeeze the brush into a thick line and get up to the eyelashes for all around brightness.

    Is Eye Brightener gluten-free?

So many BM products sound like they might be gluten-free but scientific names are not easy to determine if they are gluten-free unless sources are given. It is necessary to know what products contain gluten for millions in the US alone. No concealers are listed under your "products containing gluten" but I wonder if the list needs updating. Thank you.
