  • Can this mascara be removed with soap and water?

    Hello Birdgog, While it can be removed with soap and water, Soap is not ideal for eye makeup removal as it is loaded with detergents that may irritate and dry out the eye areas. We recommend Smoothness Hydrating Cleansing Oil, a lightweight cleansing oil with botanical extracts that gently dissolves impurities and makeup, even waterproof eye makeup formulas This provides a 1-step makeup removal and cleansing formula that transforms upon contact with water into a milky emulsion that does not strip skin of its essential moisture or leave a residue. While it can be used by all skin types, it is ideal for normal to dry skin. Apply 3-4 pumps to dry skin and gently massage over your face. Add water to transform the oil into a weightless, milky emulsion that easily rinses away all traces of makeup including waterproof makeup.

    How do you know which side of the wand is front and back?

    Hello mrbrn123, The back of the brush is the side without bristles, and it is used to help build fullness. The side of the brush with bristles (front side) is used to define the lashes.     I love this mascara, its one of the few that i can wear and it doesnt irritate my eyes. The one and only thing i dont like is that i cant seem to find this in a waterproof formula, is there a possibility that there is one in the Length and Strength?

    Just opened a new tube and it seems very clumpy. Is this normal? or did I get a bad tube?

In addition we suggest lightly brushing the wand of your mascara against a tissue to ensure you have the perfect amount of mascara on your wand for a perfect application!

    Ordering this reluctantly because I am hoping it will deliver on the strengthening and lengthening aspect, but I rarely wear black. I was a HUUUGGGE fan of the original formula mascara in espresso (brown). Will this be offered in brown???

    I’ve tried lash serums before, had an allergic reaction, and had to stop. When I did, most of my lashes fell out and it took 6 months to grow back to where they were before. What are the effects of stopping this product after it helps with lash growth?
