I had trouble using the pump that is supposed to deliver the makeup. When I then tried to get it to function by giving it a light twist, part of the cap broke off. I can use it, but with difficulty. I am about to take a trip and worry about makeup spilling all over my other cosmetics.
I have had trouble with this mechanism before. Once the pump would not work, the cap would not twist off, and I ended up having to throw away the entire unused bottle.
