At bareMinerals, giving our customers an extraordinary experience is first and foremost in everything we do. We are more than happy to assist you with product purchases, provide you with tips and techniques, and answer any questions you may have.

Shopping

Use our comprehensive Search feature located in the upper right corner of our site to find the exact product you are looking for. You can then browse through the results that fit your criteria. You can enter a product name, item number or any portion of the product description (color, finish, etc). You will then be able to browse through the results.

Gift Cards are only available for purchase and use within the United States.

bareMinerals Gift Cards and Electronic Gift Cards may be purchased online in the following denominations - $25, $50, $75 and $100. Gift Cards may be purchased in any dollar amount up to $200 in our bareMinerals Boutiques or through our Customer Service department. You can use a credit card or debit card to purchase a gift card online.

Gift Cards, when purchased, are exempt from tax and when only Gift Cards are purchased, they are eligible for free Standard shipping. Gift Cards can be shipped 2-Day or Overnight for an additional charge. In the case of an order containing a Gift Card and product, the Gift Card amount does not count towards the tax and shipping totals nor promotion eligibility.

Gift Cards may be used for making purchases (other than Gift Cards) at any bareMinerals Boutique in the United States and at bareMinerals.com. They are not redeemable at other bareMinerals retailers. Gift Cards do not expire and there are no fees. Gift Cards may be used for multiple transactions up to the value on the Gift Card. Gift Cards are not reloadable. Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, except as required by law. After you have found the product you were looking for, you can read about the benefits as well ingredients and tips on the product detail page. There will be a brief description of the product, and as you scroll down the page there will be additional details highlighting the benefits as well as videos with tips and tricks when available.

Our website carries a large assortment of products. Many of our products are seasonal exclusives and once they are out of stock, they will most likely not return. Occasionally an item in our standard assortment may be temporarily out of stock. We recommend you sign up for an email notification on the product page, so you are the first to know when the item is back in stock.

Our website may contain inaccuracies that relate to availability. These occasions can cause an item or order to be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience. Currently we do not have a backorder system.

If you seem to be having issues with the online checkout system, please feel free to call Customer Service at (888) 795-4747 and have them assist you in completing your order over the phone.

Ordering

Ordering on our websites is quick and easy.

1) To add an item to your Shopping Bag, simply click on "Add to bag" either on a category page or a product page. You will see the product added to your Shopping Bag at the top right of your page.

2) To view the items in your Shopping Bag click on the Shopping Bag icon in the upper right corner of the page.

3) To remove an item from your Shopping Bag, click remove under the product description in your bag. Your Shopping bag will automatically recalculate your total.

4) To change the quantity of an item in your Shopping Bag, change the number in the Qty box next to the product whose quantity you would like to modify. Your Shopping bag will automatically recalculate your total.

5) If you have a coupon or a promotional code, you will enter these codes on this page before you proceed to checkout. Enter the code in the coupon code box at the bottom of the shopping cart page. Once you press the Apply button the promotional offer will appear automatically on the Shopping Bag page.

 

To be mindful of our teams’ well-being during this unprecedented time we have adjusted our operations. Your order may incur a longer processing and/or shipping time. Currently 2-Day and Overnight options are unavailable. Thank you for your patience.



All packages are shipped via FedEx, FedEx Smartpost or USPS and a signature is not required upon delivery.



Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address. Your shipping address must be in the United States, a United States Territory or Canada.



Some shipping methods may be unavailable in checkout due to shipping restrictions on the items in your bag or your selected shipping address.



SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMELINE



Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday. Overnight and 2 Day orders are processed the same day if the order is received prior to 1:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends.



MADE-2-FIT custom foundation orders may take up to 5 business days to be blended and processed for shipment.



Packages shipping to United States PO boxes, United States Territories and all Military and Diplomatic addresses (may take up to 21 days) must be shipped via our Standard Shipping method.



Packages shipping Standard to Alaska may take more than 10 business days for delivery.

SHIPPING TO CANADA



All packages are shipped via FedEx Ground. We are unable to offer 2-Day or Overnight shipping to Canada. We are unable to ship to Canadian PO boxes. We are unable to ship MADE-2-FIT Foundation to Canada.



Please note you may be subject to import duties and taxes, namely GST (Goods and Services Tax) and HST (Harmonized Sales Tax). These costs are not included in your overall purchase price and bareMinerals does not pay for or refund these costs.



SHIPPING IS ON US



Bareminerals.com offers free Standard Shipping on all merchandise orders over $50 (after discount and not including bareMinerals Gift Card values, shipping fees or taxes), all orders with a full price foundation item and all Auto Delivery orders within the United States and its Territories. bareMinerals reserves the right to change this shipping promotion at any time.



At this time, we are unable to ship to any locations outside of the United States or Canada.

If you are sending a gift, be sure to check the box "Is this a gift?" during checkout located below the Delivery Methods. Prices will not be displayed on the packing slip. If you would like to include a gift message fill in the text box as well. Our apologies, we currently we do not offer gift wrap.

Occasionally our website will offer promotions through emails and advertisements. You can view our current offers here.

Please note excessive misuse of promotions and/or codes may result in order or item cancellation. bareMinerals may restrict redemption to one per client or one per order.

Billing

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email is your receipt; please feel free to print it for your records. It can also be used to assist with a return in a bareMinerals Boutique.

bareMinerals order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. We apologize but once the order has been placed it can NOT be cancelled. For more information on returns, please visit our Return Policy.

bareMinerals.com will pre-authorize the full amount of your order at the time of checkout. You will be charged for your order at the time it ships. An authorization could be placed on your card if there is an error made when entering your billing address, CVV or expiration date. This authorization will drop off from your account within 3-7 business days depending on your financial institution.

If you are unable to complete your return within the timeframe below, we will work together to modify our return policy and do what’s best for our customers and the entire community during this unprecedented time. Please reach out to our Customer Service team with any questions or for additional assistance.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt.

bareMinerals Gift Cards and Electronic Gift Cards are not returnable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.

Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item plus sales tax. Shipping is not included in refunds. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 1-2 billing cycles. If payment was made with a gift card, a merchandise credit will be issued in your Return Confirmation email.

Returns by Mail

To return your bareMinerals.com purchase by mail, please note the reason for your return on the front side of your packing slip and send the product(s) back to us using the prepaid label included in your package. If you misplace your prepaid return label, please contact our Customer Service team for a replacement.

Once your return has reached the warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Empty containers will not be accepted for refund. You will receive a Return Confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE: Only items purchased on bareMinerals.com will be accepted for return by mail. If your items were purchased in a bareMinerals Boutique or through an authorized retailer, please return it to the location where it was purchased.

Returns to a bareMinerals Boutique

To return your bareMinerals.com purchase at a bareMinerals boutique, please present the original Order Confirmation email. Our bareMinerals Boutiques can assist with an exchange in store. If you would like a refund, the bareMinerals Boutique will help facilitate the return on your behalf with our Customer Service team, and you will not need to mail your return.
