    Fabulous

    This is truly a gloss-balm. It is silky, not sticky and nicely tinted. My daughters and I all tried the same shade-WONDER, it looked different on each of us with our lip and skin undertones. It is a nice neutral color and I think it would compliment virtually anyone. The staying power isn't super long for the glossy/balm aspect but the color sort of stays a bit but definitely not for hours.

    Failed order/balm just gloss/No refund provided

    While I received lip balm, I ordered a compact of original mineral veil. Not only was there no explanation, just whiteout on receipt, I had to call to find out, told out of stock and I'd get my $$ back. A week + and still waiting. The balm is just a colored gloss. I have used Bare Minerals for years but, bought from stores. Im either going to buy at UTLA or discontinue based on this poor showing.
